1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are custom made and typically shipped within 6 business days. However, please note that some orders may take longer to process depending on the nature of the order. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ourlaboroflovellc.com. Please note that personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
